Products & Ingredients
Are your products genuine?
Absolutely. We only source products from authorised UK distributors and directly from brands. Every product is 100% genuine with full manufacturer backing.
What's the best anti-wrinkle product for beginners?
We recommend starting with two essentials:
- A retinol serum (start with 0.3-0.5% concentration, use 2-3 nights per week)
- A hyaluronic acid serum (for hydration, use morning and night)
Check out our Beginner's Guide for a full starter routine.
What's the difference between retinol and retinoid?
Retinoid is the umbrella term for all vitamin A derivatives. Retinol is one type of retinoid — it's converted to retinoic acid by your skin. Prescription retinoids (like tretinoin) are stronger but require a doctor. Over-the-counter retinol is effective and gentler for most people. Read our Complete Retinol Guide for more.
Can I use retinol and vitamin C together?
Yes, but we recommend using them at different times. Vitamin C in the morning (antioxidant protection for the day) and retinol at night (when skin repairs itself). This avoids potential irritation and lets each ingredient work optimally.
How long until I see results?
It depends on the product and your skin, but generally:
- Hyaluronic acid: Immediate hydration, plumping within days
- Vitamin C: Brightening in 2-4 weeks
- Retinol: Texture improvement in 4-6 weeks, wrinkle reduction in 8-12 weeks
- Peptides: Firming benefits in 4-8 weeks
Consistency is key — use products as directed for at least 8-12 weeks before judging results.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We prioritise cruelty-free brands and clearly label products that are certified cruelty-free. Check individual product descriptions for details.

Returns & Refunds
What's your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they're faulty.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Skincare Advice
I have sensitive skin — can I use retinol?
Yes, but start slowly. Use a low concentration (0.25-0.3%) once or twice a week, and always follow with a good moisturiser. Alternatively, try bakuchiol — a gentler, plant-based alternative with similar benefits.
What age should I start using anti-wrinkle products?
Prevention is easier than correction. Most dermatologists recommend:
- Early 20s: Start with SPF daily and antioxidants (vitamin C)
- Mid-to-late 20s: Introduce retinol
- 30s+: Add peptides and targeted treatments
It's never too early to protect your skin, and never too late to improve it.
Do I really need SPF every day?
Yes. UV exposure causes up to 90% of visible skin aging. Even on cloudy days, even in winter, even if you're mostly indoors. SPF is the single most effective anti-aging product you can use.
