Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Wrinkle.co.uk. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Unopened products: Must be in original, sealed packaging
- Opened products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty or damaged
- Faulty or damaged items: Accepted regardless of whether opened — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hello@wrinkle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and a returns authorisation
- Package securely and post the item(s) back to us
- Refund processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping is at your own cost
We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:
- 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your statement
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This is the quickest way to get your new item to you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.

Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@wrinkle.co.uk.
- Before dispatch: We can cancel and refund in full
- After dispatch: You will need to return the item once received
