UK Delivery
Free Standard Delivery
Orders over £25: FREE
Delivery time: 2-4 working days
Standard Delivery
Orders under £25: £2.99
Delivery time: 2-4 working days
Express Delivery
All orders: £4.99
Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Partners
We use Royal Mail and other trusted UK carriers to deliver your orders. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@wrinkle.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee this once the order has been dispatched.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Check with neighbours or any safe places where parcels are sometimes left
- Contact us at hello@wrinkle.co.uk with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if your parcel is confirmed lost.
International Delivery
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
